This guy knows his stuff! I had a rig I built myself for 5 years that could’ve been running so much better than it was if only I’d brought it to him sooner. I purchased a mid rage GPU and CPU that I tried to install myself to no avail. I asked him to install it instead and, due to his connections, he was able to get me a graphics card which is a whole generation better than what I had at the time for only a little bit more than I paid for the one I asked him to install. At the same time, he also was able to go through my PC and optimize all of my settings to make sure it runs to the highest capacity possible and fix some mistakes I had made when I built the PC years ago. Funny enough, I’m so thankful that my motherboard shorted out so that I had to bring it to him, otherwise I’d still be running 60FPS max on all my games. My computer was only running at 30% optimization and he cranked that baby up running beautifully. If you’re new to PC building and have questions or you’re having issues with your current setup, come talk to Mr. Brown. He can help you get the parts you need and even assemble it for you at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, if Mr. Brown is working on your PC and your issue LET HIM WORK. He WILL call you when your job is done. Calling him to check the status every other day will only slow down the process for you and for his other customers. Call him for any legitimate questions, of course, but don’t call just to ask if it’s done. Like the sign in his shop says: “You can choose 2 out of these 3 options: Done RIGHT, done CHEAP, and done QUICKLY, this isn’t Burger King” Great guy, great business, great service.

I’m from out of town and an IT professional myself. I had an issue with my laptop booting up. I forgot to bring my toolkit with me. Oops. Chase helped me out in under 30 minutes from diagnosis to completed repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was even training the next generation (intern)! The owner took an 8 year old computer, upgraded the memory to 16 gig, installed a new processor and disk drive, and loaded Windows 11. Now it runs like the newest machines right out of the factory. The price was very reasonable and he explained his work with great enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. Several other customers came in while I was there and they were pleased with his work too. A great ethic to get the job done right, on time, and at fair price. Wish there were more like him in the business.

Some of the best work I’ve seen. He explained everything to me made it clear what was needed what he was doing, was fair on the price, answered any questions I had, has a great work environment talks to you straight doesn’t BS you. It was an overall 10/10 experience and I won’t be using another shop anytime soon. Not to mention it took him 2 days to fix something it took me a month to not figure out he knows what he’s doing and he does it very well. I have been a Computer Solutions customer for several years. It is the only place I would take my computer for repairs or upgrades. The owner and chief computer guru is Chaiyz Brown. He always takes time to listen to me describe the computer issues. Then tells me the options I have to repair or upgrade in terms that I can easily understand. I enjoy his upbeat, positive attitude and he will go the "extra mile" to make sure my computer issue is resolved to my satisfaction. Best computer professional I have ever met. I thought my computer was fried and had no idea what to do. Extremely personal service and immense knowledge. Most places charge you $75 to $100 just to tell you what's wrong. Free diagnostic is extremely hard to find. I had so many small problem I would have never figured it out on my own. My pc is all my free time so I was desperate. They reassured me that he could fix it and he did and some.... I got it back with a shine it hasn't seen since out of the box. Would definitely recommend because not only is he a modern day Wizard but he won't overcharge you either. I'm never going anywhere else.
